It suddenly just won't start

The bike was running perfectly fine until the night I finished riding but the next day when I tried starting it. It would only turn over and wouldn't fire up even with jumper cables attached. I have a 2010 450 4x4 and I've already swapped out both spark plugs but that didnt seem to solve the problem. Any ideas on what might be causing this issue?

Start with the kill switch.

check the fuel delivery next, perhaps the fuel pump isn't working or the carb/fuel injector is clogged and if you have a way to test for spark again while cranking, that can rule out ignition issues.

@Harv91 I think double-check the fuel pump and make sure the injectors or carb aren't clogged. Also, testing for spark while cranking can save you a ton of guessing.
