Brute Force 750 rebuild questions

My baby, the 2008 Brute Force 750, just dropped time on me. It's a bummer, but I'm ready to pull the motor and rebuild it myself.

I've got the tools and some experience, but I need some advice from you all before I dive in.
What am I roughly looking at in terms of parts cost for a full rebuild?
Where do you guys find the best deals on parts for these motors?

Also, I know the 650 SRA and 750 have a lot in common. What parts are interchangeable? And since I'm already in there, what's the best way to get a little more power without breaking the bank?
Any general information would be awesome. Thanks!

Rebuilding parts can cost anywhere from $600 to $1,000, depending on the quality you're looking for. The 650 SRA bottom end will work, but you'll need to bore the cases for the 750 jugs. If you're after some budget-friendly power, consider getting a Dynatek CDI and upgrading the clutch spring. You can find good deals at RMATV, Partzilla, or BruteCentral.
